Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping rates

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: standard takes 7–10 business days and express takes 3–5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can add time.

Subscription deliveries

If you subscribe, each refill ships on your plan's schedule to match your pack: every 28 days for 1 bottle, every 56 days for 2 bottles and every 112 days for 4 bottles. Subscription refills always ship free with tracking. You can skip a delivery or cancel anytime.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number, plus a photo if it's damaged. We'll replace it or refund you.

Your guarantee starts at delivery

Your 30-day money-back guarantee is counted from the day your first order is delivered, so a slow carrier never eats into it.
