This Cookie Policy explains how Miiley uses cookies and similar technologies on miiley.com, and how you can manage them. For more about how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device. They help the site work, remember your choices (like what's in your cart) and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in a comparable way, and we refer to all of them as "cookies" here.

The cookies we use

Essential cookies. These are needed for the store to work: keeping items in your cart, secure checkout, signing in to your account, remembering your privacy choices and preventing fraud. Our store runs on Shopify, which sets these cookies. They can't be switched off on our site, because the store won't work properly without them.

Analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people move through the store, so we can improve it. We use Shopify's built-in analytics for this.

Marketing cookies. These are used to measure and personalise advertising. We don't currently use advertising pixels from social networks or ad platforms. If we add them in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How to manage cookies

  • Your browser settings: most browsers let you see, block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work.
  • Opting out of data sharing: you can opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request where required by law.
  • Marketing emails: emails we send may use technology to see whether they were opened. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we start using new tools. We'll post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
